We strive to be the most efficient, effective, and communicative home-health provider in the industry. Let us show you what home-healthcare can be.

Qualifying for Home Health Services?

To qualify for Medicare coverage, patients must meet the following criteria:

  2. Patient must be under the care of a physician
  3. Patient must receive services under a plan-of-care established, and periodically reviewed, by a physician
  4. Patient must need intermittent services including skilled nursing, physical therapy, or speech-language pathology, and/or have a continuing need for occupational therapy

Under Medicare, services are currently provided with no co-pays or deductibles. The physician certifying the need for home healthcare must be Medicare-enrolled, and the home health agency must be Medicare-certified. Oahu Home Healthcare is a Medicare-certified Home Health Agency.
